Toyota Classic parts are not cancelable and not returnable (Model year over 10 years old).

A copy of the invoice will need to be included with the return.
There is a 15% restocking fee charged against all returned parts.
Parts must be resaleable and in the original packaging.
We cannot take back used parts.
We cannot take back installed or tried parts.
Electrical parts are not returnable.
We do reserve the right to refuse and return any parts we find have been installed, are used or do not meet the above criteria.
Return request need to be within 30 days of receipt.
REFUNDS: Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to be posted to your account
Any item with the genuine manufacturer label missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable.
Safety items, which include, but are not limited to: air bags, seat belts.
Any item that has been installed, altered, used, or otherwise no longer in brand new condition.
Cancellation Policy/Returns Policy
An order or a portion of an order may be cancelled up until the time it is shipped and no longer in our possession.
If the cancelled part was special ordered from the manufacturer a return fee of 15% may apply.
Non-returnable and Non-cancelable items include, but are not limited to:
(1) All Electrical Parts and Components. (2) Oils and other automotive chemicals. (3) Bare engine assemblies. (4) Fuel components. (5) Tools. (6) Printed materials. (7) Merchandising aids. (8) Special ordered items. (9) Hazmat labeled parts. (10) Any opened packages or unsealed items. (11) Any item deemed non-returnable by the manufacturer. (12) Controlled parts: parts that require a VIN for ordering so the manufacturer can ensure the parts belong to the vehicle it is being installed to. Controlled parts include, but are not limited to: emission labels, air bags, seatbelts, batteries and chargers.
